• CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT
  By placing an order for our products advertised on this website you are agreeing to purchase the said product/s. Once we have received your order, the order will be processed, and an email confirming this order will be sent to the email address you have provided to us. The contract agreement will become active once you have received an email from us confirming your order.   When registering with us for the purchase of goods, you will be required to select a password to gain access to your account. It is your responsibility to ensure your details are kept safe, and confidential.



• DISPATCH INFORMATION
  We aim to have all products in stock at all time, and therefore our usual dispatch is within 1-2 working days (exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays). Should any item be unavailable for any reason, we will contact you at our earliest convenience. We will endeavour to deliver in accordance to our policy.



• SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
  All products listed on our site are inclusive of postage and packaging.
  Shipping to all other countries will be in accordance with Royal Mail rates. Please contact us for an individual costing.



• PRODUCT PRICES
  All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to change prices for any reason beyond our control. Items will be supplied as per the price shown on our website.



• PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
  We aim to have all items in stock at all time. If for any reason the product you have ordered is out of stock, we will advise you at our early convenience, and aim to supply it as soon as possible. If the item you require is not available, we will offer to reimburse you the amount of the item paid for if you are not happy with our offer of supply.



• RETURNS POLICY
  If the item/s we supply are faulty, please return them, with proof of purchase within 28 days. We will replace free of charge, including your return postage, once we have received the item back at our warehouse.
  Any items returned after 28 days will not be eligible for a refund. Faulty goods carry a 1 year warranty. Should you have any issue with the warranty of goods supplied, please consult your warranty certificate.

  We are not liable for any commercial or personal loss of any kind, resulting from the use of our product/s.
